You can engage with the programme in two ways. Crew may attend a 1 Day Leadership Course as a standalone option, focused purely on practical leadership using UK Special Forces methodologies and decision-making mindsets. Alternatively, crews can attend both days, completing the Leadership Course and progressing into a second day of Resilience training, that provides a framework to help crew thrive under the pressures of life onboard.
Both the Special Forces and the Superyacht world rely on small, tight-knit teams working under intense pressure, where timelines are tight, expectations are high and the margin for error is minimal. In each, success depends on clear communication, trust, resilience and the ability to perform consistently, even when tired, stressed or facing the unexpected.
Participants work through short, engaging workshops and scenario based discussions that show what effective leadership looks like under pressure.
Designed specifically for senior superyacht crew, by focusing on the everyday realities of life onboard; tight timelines, demanding guests and high expectations, it gives crew the tools to lead calmly and professionally in that environment. This course is CPD accredited and awards 5 CPD credits per day of training upon successful completion.
The day is practical, accessible and designed for the managers and leaders, helping the crew to strengthen their mindset, manage stress and support the wellbeing of those around them.
The goal of the course is to ensure your team steps into the season feeling fully prepared, confident and ready to exceed the expectations of owners and guests.
