Have you ever wanted to understand what it takes to manage a modern marina or superyacht port? Seven weeks in Monaco and online to lead the marinas of tomorrow.
The Superyacht Marina & Port Management Executive Masterclass equips current and future marina leaders with the operational, managerial and strategic skills needed to succeed.
Through expert-led sessions, practical case studies, networking opportunities and a Monaco-based learning environment, participants will explore key topics including marina operations, customer experience, sustainability, leadership and innovation, while working towards an Executive Certificate issued by La Belle Classe Academy – Yacht Club de Monaco.
The required foundation of the programme: a comprehensive understanding of marina and port management, from day-to-day operations and infrastructure to compliance, risk management, customer experience and performance.
